With Citibank, our focus was to make the portal Web 2.0 compatible and restructure the pages with a new branding guideline. All this formed the key factors while evaluating the current interface design and developing a prototype in sync with user expectations.

Virgin Mobile’s Vbytes Brew portal was a brew based application through which users could browse & download different kind of content like ringtones, wallpapers etc. The basic objective was to study and improvise user behavior and expectations in terms of ease of use, content offerings, content quality and more.

The objective with 3DSyndication was to monetize the archive which was initially built for editorial use. Having understood the business objectives, we went ahead with contextual understanding of the target users and a detailed user-task matrix was created to identify the key tasks vis-à-vis type of users. After conducting usability evaluation of the prototypes, final design was delivered.

The basic motive in this case was to examine the usage of Internet Explorer in contention with other browsers like Firefox, Safari, Opera etc. We developed a strong analysis structure to understand the outlook of users who use various browsers to find information on the internet. After a detailed research we delivered a solution with detailed statistical information to increase the usage of the browser.
